We sell direct. Either with your own personalised labels or our own brands.

Enjoy the convenience of delivery to your home or anywhere in New Zealand.

Our wine is sourced by our experienced crew and wine-maker. You can be confident that every drop in your glass is guaranteed for quality and value. But you are the final judge. If after trying a bottle or two you're not satisfied, just call us. We'll reimburse you with the cost of those wines or collect the remaining bottles and reimburse you with the cost of the full case.

Privacy Policy

Liquor Box Wine is committed to your privacy. You can opt out of receiving information or offers from us at any time.

We abide by the conditions laid out in the Privacy Act 1993. Should you NOT wish to receive offers from carefully screened companies in whose products or services we feel you may be interested, please contact this office during normal working hours.

The Liquor Box Wine website puts 'cookies' into the browser file of your computer. This allows your details to appear automatically when you enter our site again.

Pricing Policy

Price comparisons are based on our individual bottles, with reference to comparable wines sold. Subject to availability, our full selection of wines may be purchased by the single bottle, but minimum order is 12 bottles. Prices include GST, delivery and insurance.

We operate under Liquor Licence Number 007/OFF/077/2010. Under New Zealand law, alcoholic beverages can only be sold to persons over the age of 18 years.

Delivery Limitations

We do not deliver outside New Zealand, or to islands excluding North and South Island without pre-arrangement.

Delivery Charges & Times

We offer free delivery on all purchases within New Zealand. Insurance is automatically included at checkout (1.5% of value).

Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery within the North Island and up to 5 working days for South Island and rural delivery.

Freight Policy 

Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding public holidays.

Rural Delivery

Nationwide rural delivery rates are an additional $4.95 per case. Please allow one to two extra days for rural delivery and note we cannot obtain signatures for rural deliveries.

Reverse Logistics/Refund Policy

We offer  'no fuss' returns. Simply let us know when and where and we will arrange the rest. This must be within 5 working days from time of delivery.

Track and Trace

Our couriers have an outstanding track and trace team.
We guarantee a one-hour response time from the time we get your query, for all your track and trace enquiries should they be required and requested on order.

Delivery Method

All deliveries within New Zealand are by courier and direct to your door. The courier will require a signature upon delivery. If no one is home, he or she will leave a card requesting that you contact the courier office to arrange a suitable delivery time.


Please note that on your details for Delivery page there is a text area provided for you to enter Special Delivery Instructions - such as to leave your purchase in a specific location at your home if you are out. Be aware, however, that this type of instruction effectively gives permission to the courier to leave the delivery without requiring a signature.

Any shortages or breakages must be reported to Liquor Box Wine within 24 hours, preferably by email and quoting your receipt number.

Please Note: All goods are insured up until the point of delivery: until a signature is obtained or wherever the goods are left as per your special delivery instructions.
